To return an unwanted product for a refund of the purchase price, please send the item within 10 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.

Defective merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 10 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise.
